Account Terms and Registration

To use GreatPH, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. GreatPH reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms & Conditions or provides false information during registration.

Account Security

You agree to implement reasonable security measures to protect your account, including using a strong password and enabling OTP (One-Time Password) verification where available. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify GreatPH support immediately at [email protected].

GreatPH is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access if you have failed to maintain reasonable account security. However, if you report suspicious activity promptly, we will investigate and take appropriate action to protect your account and funds.

Age and Eligibility Requirements

GreatPH is strictly for players aged 21 years and older. By creating an account, you certify that you are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction. During account creation and verification, you may be required to provide government-issued identification to confirm your age.

GreatPH reserves the right to request additional identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time. If you cannot verify your identity or confirm your age, your account will be suspended and any funds forfeited according to applicable law.

If GreatPH discovers that you are under 21 or otherwise ineligible to play, your account will be immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and your account balance returned to the payment method used for deposits (minus any associated fees).

Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on GreatPH are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are credited to your account wallet immediately upon successful payment processing. GreatPH accepts deposits through the following methods:

• GCash (mobile wallet)
• Maya (mobile wallet)
• Philippine local bank transfers

Withdrawals can be requested through the Withdrawal page at any time. All withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso to GCash, Maya, or your registered local bank account. Withdrawal processing typically takes 1–24 hours depending on the payment method and your bank.

Withdrawal Limits and Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to successful account verification (KYC). You may only withdraw funds that belong to you — winnings and deposited balance combined. GreatPH reserves the right to refuse or delay withdrawals if:

• Your account has not completed KYC verification
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is suspected
• Your account is flagged for potential money laundering concerns
• The withdrawal violates these Terms & Conditions

Declined withdrawals will result in the funds being returned to your account wallet. You will be notified of the reason for any withdrawal decline.

Game Rules and Random Number Generation

All games on GreatPH are subject to the specific rules detailed in each game's in-game help section or information screen. By playing any game, you accept and agree to be bound by those rules. Different games have different payouts, odds, and mechanics — it is your responsibility to understand the rules before wagering.

Random Number Generation (RNG)

All game outcomes — including slot reels, bingo ball draws, fish game targets, and live casino card distributions — are determined by certified random number generation systems. No outcome is manipulated, predetermined, or influenced by player behaviour, history, or any external factor. Every spin, draw, or hand has an independent and equal probability of occurring.

GreatPH does not offer any guarantee of winning or predicting future outcomes. Past results do not influence future outcomes. Gambling always carries the risk of loss — this is the nature of the activity. Players should never view GreatPH as a reliable income source or financial investment.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on GreatPH. Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud or Misrepresentation: Providing false information, using multiple accounts, or attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money Laundering: Using GreatPH to disguise the origin or destination of illegal funds.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting platform promotions in ways not intended (such as rapid deposit and withdrawal cycles to artificially generate bonus funds).
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise access GreatPH systems or other accounts.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to unfairly manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform features.
• Harassment or Abuse: Engaging in harassing, threatening, or abusive behaviour toward GreatPH staff or other players.
• Violation of Laws: Using GreatPH for any activity that violates Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.

GreatPH monitors all accounts for suspicious activity and maintains the right to investigate and take action against accounts suspected of violating these terms.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

GreatPH is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. By using the platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries risks and you agree to:

• Set a personal budget before each gaming session and never exceed it
• Treat GreatPH as entertainment only, not as a financial strategy or reliable income source
• Take regular breaks and monitor the time spent gaming
• Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose

• Network interruptions, internet outages, or device malfunctions preventing access to your account
• Any losses incurred during gameplay, including winnings not collected before account closure
• Data loss or corruption resulting from system failures (though GreatPH maintains regular backups)

In no event shall GreatPH's total liability exceed the amount of funds currently held in your account balance. If GreatPH is found liable for a claim, damages will be limited to this amount.

Dispute Resolution and Complaints

If you believe GreatPH has violated these Terms & Conditions or engaged in unfair practices, you have the right to submit a formal complaint. Complaints should be directed to [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue, your account number, and supporting evidence.

GreatPH will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and provide an initial investigation update within 7 business days. Most complaints are resolved within 14 days. Bet Disputes

Game outcomes, bet results, and payouts are determined by GreatPH's certified RNG systems. Once a game round is completed and confirmed, the result is final and cannot be disputed. All game transactions are logged and permanently recorded in your account history for verification.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

GreatPH reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

Continued use of GreatPH after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and fund withdrawal.

Additional Policies

These Terms & Conditions work in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. In the event of any conflict between these documents, the most specific and protective document shall prevail.
